Our Family Fun Day 2022 will be an Amazing Race / Scavenger Hunt event, so be ready for some crazy fun activities and challenges around Oakville!
This year’s event will be supporting Oakvillegreen, a registered charity that works towards protecting and restoring Oakville’s natural habitats.
Here’s how the event will work:
– Families register their team here. Each team can have as many people as their car can safely hold!
– At 8:30am on the day of the event, the first clue will be emailed to all teams.
– Families can arrive at the first location anytime between 9:30am and 11:00am, the first stop will close shortly after 11am.
– Each location will have a short family activity or challenge, once completed, you will receive the clue to the next location.
– Each location is approximately a 10 minute drive from the next location (give or take a few minutes!).
– Challenges and activities are geared towards children 4 – 12 years old, but the entire family is welcome to join!
– Estimated completion time is 1.5 – 2 hours from the first stop on the route.
– The event will end at the final stop at 1:00pm – and we have something special waiting for there!
At Adventure Valley Day Camp, our camp community is more than just a summer camp, we are a connected group of families who love and appreciate giving to our communities, having quality fun time with our kids, and belonging to something bigger than ourselves! We are excited to have you as part of our community!
