Crescent Camps Celebrate Tenth Season

With enthusiastic camp leaders and a low camper-to-staff ratio, Crescent Camps are a rewarding, enriching way for girls and boys ages 4 to 13 to spend their summer. With programs that span Arts & Media, Business World Affairs, Curiosity Camps, Innovation & Technology, and Sports, there are programs for every interest and something for everyone!
This year marks our tenth season of Crescent Camps, and we have a lot in store to keep things fresh and exciting. We are excited to offer 11 new programs this summer, including something new for each age group. Highlights include:
Game Design: Using Microsoft MakeCode Arcade, campers will advance their digital skills by creating and coding their own basic video games, which they will then download and play on a handheld microbit device.
Fashion: Bring fashion to life, from initial sketches to creative creations. Campers will develop hands-on skills with a needle and thread, gaining a deeper understanding of how garments and accessories are made.
Spy Science Academy: A thrilling week-long mission to teach real STEM skills. Campers will learn forensic science by lifting latent fingerprints, practice engineering by building working circuits and periscopes, and boost their critical thinking by cracking complex ciphers.
Other new program offerings include App Development with AI, Dance Intensive, Intro to 3D Design, Digital Creativity & 3D Design, Music, Spy Science Academy Jr., Theatre Arts Intensive, and Track & Field. There's also the Manor Series, a collection of camp programs designed for campers who seek an extraordinary, skill-enriching summer experience.
