As a licensed childcare operator, Upper Canada Child Care is enrolled in the Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care System (CWELCC) in all three regions in which we operate: York, Toronto, and Simcoe.
Summer camp programs that are licensed under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA), for children ages six and under are eligible for CWELCC funding.
CWELCC provides financial relief to families through funding to operators aimed at reducing fees.
Upper Canada Child Care campers are eligible for fee reductions up until the end of the month that they turn 6 or until June 30, whichever is the later date.
