In-person class have started again

Since the summer we have been running in-person classes again at both our Brampton locations. We are taking precautions to help students feel safe while in class. Although we can be in contact with each other while training, we are holding off on that for the time being so everyone feels safe to train in-person. Extra time has been added between classes to limit contact and allow for cleaning. 

Student also still have the option of training online from home. 

In-person classes for children and adults.
In-person classes are taught in small groups to meet current social distancing guidelines. Classes are offered at both our Brampton locations for numerous age groups and skill levels.

Live interactive Martial Arts classes on-line for children and adults.
Our online classes are structured to fit your needs. We offer separate classes for children, teens, and adults. Training with your peers in our beginner classes offers the instruction you need to progress confidently to more advanced classes and skills.
