Thanks to ​Powerful Youth​, now I know that the meaning of leadership it’s not what I thought in first place, being a good leader is more that giving instructions to someone, it’s knowing the necessities other team members might have, it’s being able to hear others opinions, necessities, and contributions to the team, and the most important it’s that being a good leader is making other people work because they want to not only because you are making them Thanks to Powerful Youth and their staff, I constructed a dream project, where we all put our effort to plan it and in some way make it true.
