Sidney Ledson Institute's Online Preschool Summer Program offers preschoolers, ages 2 to 4 years, one-on-one online instruction using engaging and interactive methods to introduce them to the world of learning. Children learn foundation math, how to read using the renowned Ledson Method (modified for online learning), and French. For Carpet Time, campers connect with their friends and teacher in engaging, guided group discussions to expand their knowledge of the physical world. Carpet Time also provides social interaction while they actively participate in story time, music, crafts, show and tell, and physical activities. For this young group of students, the program has been structured to limit excessive screen time, and children log in at scheduled times for both individual instruction sessions as well as group sessions scheduled between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. (cap at 8 students).
