Evan Horner, The Commissioner of SportLife
My name is Evan Horner, and I am thrilled to introduce my program, SportLife! My business degree in Finance has allowed me to follow my career aspirations of running a sports program.
My passions have always included working with children and participating in sports, and by merging those interests, I came up with the idea of SportLife.
My vision is to create a realistic and entertaining sports program, by allowing children to simulate the career of professional athletes. My experience has included being a camp counselor, sports specialist, sports program supervisor, ice hockey referee and double letter minor hockey and baseball coach.
Therefore, I understand what young athletes want out of their sports program. I look forward to showcasing what the SportLife experience is all about, and I promise that your children will have the most memorable summer of their lives!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

This award will go to the player who embodies what SportLife is all about!
It will go to the most well-rounded player at camp who shares these same qualities as Jonah:
- Leadership
- Enthusiasm & Passion for SportLife
- Excellence in Performance

- Great Sportsmanship
Congrats to Jonah on being the 1st recipient of this prestigious award!!!
STORY: With the game on the line, Jaxson was facing a penalty shot from a first-time hockey player. With this player's parents watching in the stands, Jaxson decided to let this player have a moment he will never forget, by having him score on him, in a tight hockey game, WITHOUT hesitation! In fact, he insisted on it, and wouldn't take no for an answer.
THAT'S what SportLife is all about. Congrats Jaxson on such a wonderful gesture and on winning the Sportsmanship award. YOU DESERVE IT!!!
