This program is designed to build the following character traits:

Resilience: Students regularly test robots, encounter failures, and rethink their designs. They learn to treat setbacks as part of the process, stay positive, and keep improving until they find a solution.
Interpersonal skills: Students work closely as a team to design, build, code, and compete. They practice communicating ideas, listening to teammates, sharing responsibilities, solving disagreements, and working toward a common goal.

LEGO Robotics Competitive Team

Take LEGO robotics to the next level! Our Competitive Robotics Team gives young innovators the opportunity to design, build, program, test, and compete with LEGO robots while developing valuable STEM and life skills.

Students work together to tackle exciting robotics challenges that require creativity, coding, engineering, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Each class combines hands-on building and programming with testing, troubleshooting, strategy, and competition preparation.

Rather than simply following instructions, students are encouraged to experiment, develop their own solutions, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve their designs. Along the way, they build confidence, communication, teamwork, persistence, and leadership skills.

As students prepare for competitions, they learn how to work together, share ideas, develop strategies, and turn creative ideas into working robots. It's a hands-on experience that combines learning, teamwork, and friendly competition in an exciting STEM environment.

Students develop: robotics and coding skills, engineering and design thinking, problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, communication, resilience, confidence, and leadership.
