My son who is in high school wants to be a software developer like me, his Dad. However, because of my busy schedule, as well as running errands for the home, over time I found it difficult to work with him to give him the start he needed to start learning how to code. While he definitely had the passion from seeing products I had been working on, my son was still intimidated by code like most people, and was afraid to get his hands dirty. It's much easier to use an app, or play a game, than actually build one. This is where SwiftKids came to the rescue. Brendan provided a program that not only provided live instruction for students interested in learning Swift (the main language to build iOS apps), but his class sizes were small, which allowed my son to get the one-on-one attention necessary to get the quality learning experience I had hoped for. Brendan was able to build a good introductory foundation in Swift programming that gave my son not only the confidence to want to continue learning more, but has also started working on his own project. I am very happy that such a program was available during the pandemic, which allowed my son to utilize his free time to become more productive. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of this program, and look forward to enrolling my son in subsequent courses that will be offered to build upon the fundamentals that he now has under his belt ...
