Kay Heu (parent)Parent Review - June 2025 Very professional and responsive staff. Flexible scheduling with online and in-person options. Liam is a great drum instructor and it is evident that he loves what he does and challenges our son to grow and develop with his music skills. |
Andri Efstathiou (parent)Parent Review - September 2025 TKAM is a wonderful school. Since the very start we felt welcomed and cared for and the instructors inspired our kids to love music even more. Even instructors who aren’t teaching our kids feel like old friends and the staff are always supportive. Definitely a special place to be. |
Orit Tsaitlin (parent)Parent Review - November 2025 TKAM is precisely what a music school and any service provider should be. TKAM’s music education is both grounded and inspiring, thoughtfully balancing technical skill development with personal growth. Founder Kandice Kreutner and her team are committed to making music learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful for everyone. What truly stands out is the teachers’ blend of technical expertise and genuine connection, adapting instruction to each child’s abilities, goals, and interests.
Whether a beginner picking up an instrument for the first time or an intermediate student preparing for auditions and exams, students steadily build confidence alongside competence. Afterschool programming includes lessons in piano, voice, violin, guitar, drums, and other instruments, as well as songwriting and musical theatre. Beyond individual lessons, ensembles and group programs foster collaboration, stage presence, and a sense of belonging.
Underlying it all is Kreutner’s more than four decades of teaching experience. Over the years, her school has refined its approach to create a consistently warm, supportive atmosphere where students feel encouraged, capable, and genuinely excited to grow.
