This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Interest and pleasure in movement and healthy living. Athleticism.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to understand the emotions and behaviours of others, and to respond accordingly. Ability to compromise and listen. Communication skills. Leadership.

Game ON emphasizes having fun in a program that incorporates movement, problem solving and creativity.

Participants will play a variety of sports and games, both physical and mental, that help promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
