The Leadership 2: Island LIT program is one of two options for Leadership 2. The Island LIT program provides practical experience working with youth through cabin and program placements in the camp environment, furthering participants’ development in their leadership, teamwork, program facilitation and planning skills. As part of their program placement, they will also take part in a 4-day canoe trip to expand their tripping skills.
