This program offers the same activities as our other programs, but with a focus on leadership development both within peer groups and the camp community as a whole. Participants have the opportunity to be part of programs and learn to lead and mentor younger campers. This program balances cabin group activities, allowing time to establish strong friendships, with independent activity choices with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
From getting up early to swim in the lake, singing camp songs around the fire, making new friends in the mess hall, and going on nature adventures - there’s never a dull moment at Camp Henry. Central to our program philosophy is the belief that spending time and having fun in an outdoor community creates an environment that allows participants to develop our five core values: Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Honesty, and Inclusiveness. Located in the heart of Point Pelee National Park, Camp Henry is a unique camp where campers can learn, grow, make new friends, have fun and create memories that last a lifetime!
