This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Rhythmic Gymnastics focuses on flexibility, strength and style
  • Curiosity: We offer our 8 week program for you to explore the sport and culture of Rhythmic Gymnastics without a long term commitment

Flexy Munchkins 1 is for beginners age 4.5-6. Our 8 week program is just long enough for your little one to get a feel for the sport. We will further offer camps in the summer and programs starting in September. Call or email us to book a gym tour and program fitting.
