This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Rhythmic Gymnastics focuses on flexibility, strength and style
  • Curiosity: We offer our 8 week program so you can explore the sport and culture of Rhythmic Gymnastics without a long term commitment.

Flexy Munchkins 2 is for beginners age 5-7. Our short program is 8 weeks; Just long enough for your little one to get a feel for the sport. We will further offer camps in the summer and programs in September. Call or email to book a gym tour and program fitting.
