A fun and exciting introduction to the fast-paced, non-contact game of Flag Football! This week-long camp is the perfect program for young athletes who want to learn the game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Participants will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun and positive environment.

Campers will learn fundamental skills designed to improve speed, agility, and overall athleticism. Run by experienced and passionate football instructors and coaches, Flag Football camp will take campers running, passing, catching and kicking to a higher level. Whatever your skill, there’s something for every camper in this non-contact flag football camp! Success in this sport depends on campers working together as a team. Each week will culminate with the Appleby Flag Football Cup, where campers challenge a team of sports instructors and their Program Director. Grouped according to age and ability, the program also includes supervised recreational activities such as swimming and a nutritious lunch, with hot selections in Appleby’s cafeteria.
