The Lego S.T.E.A.M. workshop focusses on all things S.T.E.A.M: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math! Each day, a new theme will be introduced and explored. During the two-week duration of Lego S.T.E.A.M. camp, campers will build stadiums, learn about the Wild West, Indigenous art, money and inflation, and much more!
Each day after Lego S.T.E.A.M. workshops, campers will participate in a magic workshop. Over the first two days, campers will learn magic tricks and hone their skills. They will also have an opportunity to showcase their newly acquired knowledge. The final day of the workshop is a celebration of the campers' achievement at becoming official magicians, marked by a special guest magician performing a full magic show and recognizing the kids as official magicians.
Campers will learn magic tricks through a combination of demonstration, practice, and guidance from experienced magicians. The instructors/magicians will show the kids how each trick is performed and provide step-by-step instructions for them to follow. Campers will then have the opportunity to practice the tricks under the magicians' supervision and receive feedback to improve their technique.
The magicians will also provide tips and tricks to enhance the performance of each trick, allowing the campers to truly shine as they show off their newfound skills on day 3 and beyond.
The magic workshop is a great choice, it helps promote teamwork, confidence building, learning new skills and, of course, lots of new magic tricks to show family and friends.
