Summer Full Day Camp - Become a YouTuber! and Makers with Microcontrollers

Transform your child's love for technology into an exciting learning adventure. Guided by our team of Code Senseis, Code Ninjas Camps empower kids to gain valuable tech skills and make new friends. It's an unforgettably fun learning experience!

Day camp contains 2 camps: (1) Become a YouTuber! (AM) and (2) Makers With Microcontrollers (PM)

• Become a YouTuber!
  • Ninjas will learn how to create and customize their own YouTube channel, including the design of unique channel art, profile pictures, and video thumbnails. They will also be guided through how to record, edit, and upload videos. Throughout camp, ninjas will analyze popular YouTube videos and learn about copyrights and fair use to give them what it takes to become a YouTuber!
• Makers With Microcontrollers
  • Ninjas will explore the exciting world of physical computing with a microcontroller called micro:bit. This tiny computer makes it possible for Ninjas to design a variety of interactive projects, such as a wearable pedometer, digital pet, a multiplayer game, and more. They will learn how to harness the power of code, sensors, sound and more. Throughout the week, Ninjas become makers, coders, and game designers while learning from the process of iteration, reflection, and feedback.
