COOKSMART Summer Camp

Welcome to COOKSMART Summer Camp!

At COOKSMART, summer is all about cooking, creativity, discovery, and fun! Our hands-on summer camp gives kids the opportunity to develop practical life skills, explore new interests, build confidence, and make lasting memories in an engaging and supportive environment.

Through a variety of interactive activities, campers learn by doing, experiment with new ideas, work together, and discover skills they can use in everyday life.

What Will Campers Experience?

Hands-On Cooking: Kids prepare delicious recipes while learning kitchen skills, measuring ingredients, following instructions, and practising safe food handling.

Nutrition and Food Discovery: Campers explore balanced eating, discover new ingredients, learn about food groups, and develop a better understanding of how food supports their bodies.

Financial Literacy: Through engaging games and hands-on challenges, kids explore money management, budgeting, saving, spending decisions, and the value of making thoughtful financial choices.

Social-Emotional Learning: Campers practise communication, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional awareness, and decision-making. Through group activities and everyday camp experiences, kids learn to express themselves, respect others, work through challenges, and build positive relationships.

Creativity and Exploration: From themed activities and STEM challenges to crafts, experiments, and interactive games, campers have opportunities to explore their interests, think creatively, and try something new.

Independence and Life Skills: Kids develop confidence by taking on age-appropriate responsibilities, following instructions, making decisions, and completing activities both independently and with others.

More Than Just Cooking

COOKSMART Summer Camp combines cooking, life skills, and engaging educational activities to create a well-rounded summer experience. Every day offers opportunities for kids to learn, create, collaborate, and grow while having fun with their peers.

Our goal is for every camper to leave with new skills, greater confidence, exciting memories, and practical knowledge they can carry into everyday life.
