This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Curiosity: An hands-on experience of varied options, and the opportunity to discuss and reflect on them with peers, builds curiosity about the worlds of work and higher education.
Independence: As they become aware of the choices and possibilities of higher education, participants are empowered to make their own decisions about their future, confidently and enthusiastically.

The day starts at 8:30 and ends at 3:30. Drop-Off and Pick-Up are at the McGill Welcome Center, at the corner of McTavish St and Sherbrooke St West.

The Panorama day usually starts with a guest speaker, who is either a member of the McGill faculty or a professional in the field. The topics range from a specific topic of research to general requirements of a program of study.

There is a conistent leader for the Panorama, who has decades of experience teaching in Montreal and working with McGill. The group leader visit to facilities associated with the topic, such as the McGill Chemistry labs, where campers will have the chance to participate in workshops and experiments.

There are several field trips throughout the Session, so campers should come equipped with an OPUS card or change for bus and metro fares.
