Piping, baking and cake decorating summer camp.

This is where learning is fun!   Our kitchen is a busy place and kids experience the excitement of baking and creating baked goods from scratch. We use top quality ingredients because food should taste good, be good and look good. We invite kids age 9 - 14 to join us for this class and look forward to teaching you a variety cake making skills.

During this camp session we will be focusing on piping, cake decorating, and baking. We teach the same skills and techniques taught in our adult classes but at a fraction of the cost. Students will take what they have made home at the end of the camp session.

We foster a friendly and non-competitive environment – sign up with a friend or come and meet new people!

What our week looks like:

Monday: Making royal icing, learning how to pipe borders and scrolls.

Tuesday: Piping flowers and leaves, and making fondant flowers and decorations.

Wednesday: Baking cakes.

Thursday: Learning how to make buttercream and construct a cake.

Friday: Finishing the cake by applying all the techniques learned throughout the week.
