Joy of Dance Camps has exciting dance camps for kids and teens. It’s the perfect place to spend the break, learning, making new friends and having fun! Our Dance Camps include Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre and more. Come join our family and enjoy the partnership of care we offer to you.

Programs and Sessions Calendar
At Joy of Dance Camps, we’re known for inspiring young dancers through creativity, confidence, and fun. What sets us apart is our team of experienced professional teachers who bring passion and care to every class. In addition to dance, our camps offer opportunities for arts and crafts, games, and other fun activities, ensuring every day is filled with creativity and excitement. At the end of each session, we record the campers’ dances and send them to families—capturing their progress and joy. We’re proud to offer an inclusive, supportive space where every child feels valued and encouraged to shine.

Registration Details
Registration is now open online at joyofdance.ca! Our camps run in 1-week sessions, each with a fun new theme. Week 4 (July 27-31) is Performance Week and requires attendance in at least one July 2026 camp. Spots are limited—don’t wait! For more info, contact us at [email protected] or call 416-406-3262.

OUR KIDS review of Joy of Dance Centre
Joy of Dance brings a wealth of experience in teaching to their classes and camps, as shown in the organization’s professionalism and the breadth and diversity of training available. The company is rooted in founder Joyce Jones’ belief that the joyful feeling of dance can be the ideal counter to many problems. Professional instruction, like that you will find here, is the path to confident performance and higher self-esteem in young kids. The staff at Joy of Dance offer diverse expertise in dance forms from hip hop to Irish step dancing to ballroom and jazz dance, with a teaching approach focused on bringing out the joy in movement that every child has inside. Children gain self-awareness and self-confidence in their programs. Programs culminate in a recital or a showcase that parents delight in, thanks to the quality of performances they bring out.

Director's Message
Our Kids and Teens program gives me the greatest joy. I love seeing the student's faces when they are in class - concentrating, processing, creating, and expressing their feelings. Our student's are home here. They know this is their safe place to find themselves and learn how to use dance as the best form of self expression. We work on building life long dancers - who know how to find JOY in their dancing - therefore better people and empathetic citizens.
We also concentrate on teaching our students technique, balance, posture and performance. From our regular term program to our CAMP program, we aspire to bringing out the very best in our students.Staff and Counsellors
Our experienced and professional staff includes today’s top choreographers who share their passion and knowledge with every dancer. With hands-on, inclusive instruction, students are guided by our dedicated teachers, supervisors, and student assistants. We create a family-friendly, safe space where genuine care and creativity thrive.
