COVID-19 Response
During the Pandemic period, the corporation will serve snacks/meals individual style rather than family style to the children. Nothing but child’s necessities are brought into the centre. No outside visitors will be allowed in the centre and all field trips will be put on hold so that the children do not leave the premises. All staff/adults must always wear a mask and face shield (both on premises and inside the centre). Children ages 2 and above must always wear a mask upon entering Maple Leaf Square up until they reach their classroom. Group sensory play will be suspended. No water tables and shared sensory bins will be allowed. Separate bins for individual children will be utilized. All persons entering the centre will be screened for Covid-19 symptoms and questions prior to approved entry.
