Find a Camp
In our two-week CANSail 1 Program there is an emphasis on fun, safety and learning the fundamentals of sailing. Participants in this program will either sail by themselves or with a friend in an Optimist or SailCube dinghy or with a small group of sailors in a larger multi-person boat called an RS Quest.
In this program participants are introduced to basic sailing concepts through fun and interactive lessons. No prior sailing experience required! Our Sail Canada certified instructors teach participants the skills required to skipper and crew a multi-person boat, including:
Campers in this program work towards achieving their CANSail 1 sailing level, but our main goal is to get campers comfortable on the water and having fun in boats!
