Neighbour Note Music Camps & Lessons, Trombone Lessons (In-Home, Online, or Studio)

This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Responsibility: Students will gain responsibility as they create and stick to a practice schedule as well as attending weekly lessons.
  • Tolerance: Students will learn tolerance as they develop their embouchure. This can be difficult in the beginning but with the right teacher they can overcome any physical hurdles.

Beethoven described the trombone as the 'Voice of God'. In Classical music this powerful instrument has been used by composers to depict storm and lightning, the depths of hell, and even decapitation! Many Jazz trombonists are able to create a sound similar to that of a human voice speaking with the use of a mute. At Neighbour Note we specialize in both Classical and Jazz trombone lessons.
