Medics Camp Expands to Vancouver for Its 10th Anniversary Season

Newmarket, ON November 26, 2025 Medics Camp, a STEM leader in medical-themed educational programs for children, is thrilled to announce the launch of its first location outside of Ontario in Vancouver, British Columbia, for the 2026 season. This milestone coincides with Medics Camp’s 10th anniversary, marking a decade of inspiring young minds through hands-on medical science experiences.
The Vancouver camp will be hosted by Renaissance Academy of Learning, a like-minded partner whose vision is “To empower the creative spirit.” Their passion for inspiring the joy of learning and commitment to fostering empathy and involved citizenship perfectly aligns with Medics Camp’s mission. “There is something truly magical about working with people who share the same philosophies and vision,” says Amanda Farris, “and that magic creates an environment where children can be curious, explore, discover, and thrive.”
Since its founding in Newmarket, Ontario, Medics Camp has welcomed over 4,000 campers to its immersive programs. In 2025, Medics Camp was recognized as one of the top 10% of STEM-accredited programs worldwide by industry leader STEM.org. Last summer, families traveled from as far as Vancouver and the United States to attend camps in Toronto and York Region underscoring the growing demand for high-quality, hands-on STEM education.
