Medics Camp is pleased to announce our STEM.org accreditation. We support STEM based learning and the valuable skills it provides children. We have created unique medical themed STEM programs to introduce children as young as 5 to medical science, health and the human body. Our age based programs are intended to challenging yet fun, educational and engaging. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) “there is an estimated projected shortfall of 18 million health workers by 2030”. Through our unique programs we hope to get more kids excited about careers in healthcare. Our children have always known and had access to technology and are very comfortable with it. Healthcare and technology are strongly intertwined and there are many more careers to consider today than there were even 10 years ago. We hope to make kids aware of careers they might not be familiar with so that together we can start to fill those games in our healthcare system.
