This program is designed to build the following character traits:

Courage: Courage means trying something new, making mistakes, and showing up anyway. In our non-competitive program, kids build courage through play—learning real skills, taking healthy risks, and growing confidence in a safe, supportive space where effort is always celebrated.
Resilience: Resilience means bouncing back, trying again, and growing through challenges. In our program, kids build resilience by learning new skills, staying active, and embracing effort—all in a supportive space where progress matters more than perfection.

At Overtime Athletics, our Soccer & Floor Hockey After School Program is designed to keep kids moving, learning, and smiling. Each session blends high-energy activities with thoughtful instruction, giving children the chance to build real athletic skills while having a blast with their peers.

We focus on fundamentals—like passing, dribbling, shooting, and teamwork—through engaging drills, creative games, and small-group play. But what truly sets us apart is our non-competitive philosophy: we celebrate effort, improvement, and sportsmanship over scores and standings. Every child is encouraged to participate at their own pace, try new things, and support their teammates.

Our coaches create a welcoming space where kids feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow.
