Everything starts with a question. How did life begin? What lies in the depths of our oceans? What makes a human, well, human? Researchers are constantly looking for, and sometimes finding, answers to the unknowns that wrack our brain. Investigate how the “what ifs” and “whys” become “wows” of scientific and historic research. From the theory of the creation of the universe, to ideas about adaptation and queries on consciousness, we’ll ponder, philosophize, and probe our way through big questions. Understand the difference between a hypothesis and a theory, and the important difference that separates them from conspiracy theories. Spend your session learning about the perpetual motion of inquiry, investigation, and innovation.
