  • Specialized in STEM and Sport (multi)—offers 19 activities
  • 4 session dates to choose from

We had so much fun in our STEM-Sports camps last summer, we have expanded to all 8 weeks in 2024! STEM and Sports Camp 1 and 2 will occur in alternating weeks.

  • STEM and Sports Camp 1 is designed for kids in grades 2 to 4
  • STEM and Sports Camp 2 is designed for kids in grades 5 to 6

 uOttawa Engineering Outreach Summer Camps and Gee-Gees Camps partner up to offer STEM & Sports camps. Participants in these one-of-a-kind camps will spend 50% of their day doing STEM activities and the other 50% playing sports. It’s a great opportunity for kids to discover and learn through engineering, technology and science projects while staying active and playing different sports.

In STEM and Sports Camp 1, the activities vary each week:

  • July 2-5 (4-day week): Catch and Throw (Flag Football and Swimming)
  • July 15-19: STEM & Sports 2
    Leadership (Mindful Movements and Basketball)
  • July 29-August 2: Catch and Throw (Baseball and Flag Football)
  • August 12-16: Leadership (Volleyball and Swimming)
