The Leadership 2: Venture LIT program is the second option for Leadership 2. This program focuses on the development of leadership and advanced tripping skills in a trip environment. Participants will spend a week at camp before heading out on a three-week backcountry canoe trip which is the core of this program. This unique environment encourages growth in decision-making, risk management, environmental stewardship, and group management and allows participants to create close bonds within the group.
