This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Independence: Adventure-driven activities like hiking and survival skills instill self-reliance. Leadership roles in the LIT program empower campers to make decisions and contribute to camp life, fostering independence beyond camp.
Responsibility: Campers in leadership roles learn responsibility through guiding activities and supporting peers. Goal-setting practices encourage personal responsibility, shaping a sense of duty within the camp community.

Learn to be a leader while enjoying all the camp activities you love. CEW's LIT program gives teens the chance to develop their leadership skills while doing all the camp activities they love. This program prepares you for our CIT program which sets you up with the tools to become a camp counsellor.

Our program combines a variety of camp activities including outdoor sports, arts, music, water sports, and team challenges, fostering a sense of community and self-confidence in every teen. Each day is packed with different activities. LITs not only have fun but also gain essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Our program creates unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and a deep appreciation for nature, making it a transformative experience for every participant.
