About this Overnight Camp


  • Overnight Camp for entire family

  • Specialized in Traditional (multi activity) —offers 14 activities
  • 1 session date to choose from

This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Focussing on recreational fun, and building/learning new outdoor skills.
  • Curiosity: From learning about ecology, to new skills like crafting, and physical activities like skiing, there's something to learn and try for the first time - for everyone!

Bring the whole family for a week at together at Wanakita! March Break Family Camp offers 5 day program for families to play together at YMCA Wanakita. Activities focus on participating in and enjoying Haliburton's winter wonderland. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and broomball are some of the ways that your family can experience our site in the winter, along with cozy indoor activities like drumming and crafts!
