This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Resilience: Step outside your comfort zone on a wilderness trip.
Religious faith: Join your teammates in discussions about the Christian faith.

CREW is a transformational 21-day journey of learning what it means to live, work, and grow in Christian community.

The program begins with a week dedicated to team-building, adventure (a 3-day canoe or hiking trip), and training that sets the tone for the weeks ahead. From there, CREW participants step into meaningful service, working up to six hours each day in food service, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. These hands-on experiences not only build responsibility but also count toward 72 volunteer hours.

But CREW isn’t all work! The program is carefully balanced with plenty of classic camp fun, swimming, water skiing, high ropes, and more, along with daily devotionals, personal solitude, and intentional times of rest. Each week also includes a dedicated day for laundry, recharging, and community-led activities planned by the CREW staff.

At its core, CREW is about more than just skills or volunteer hours; it’s about laying the foundations for Godly character, diving into Scripture, and discovering what it looks like to live as a Christ-centred leader.
