Claremont Nature Centre - Summer Adventure Camp

This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Independence: Campers are guided by counsellors who help them safely explore and try new activities, while giving them plenty of opportunities to make decisions for themselves and the group.
  • Curiosity: We develop our programs based on the natural curiosity model which promotes asking questions and seeking information in the outdoors. Campers learn about the natural world through play, exploration, and letting their interests guide their session.

Campers will set up a “home base”, learn navigation techniques, and roast marshmallows in between finding their own adventures in the woods, streams, and meadows of the Claremont Nature Centre!
