OUR KIDS review of Creative Connexions Performing Arts Centre
Creative Connexions owners Rhea and Rhenice Bowman bring over 20 years of experience in dance to vibrant, energetic dance programs that also benefit from their enthusiasm for teaching. Classes here include ballet, tap, acro, jazz, lyrical, musical theatre, and hip-hop, ideal for kids as young as two up to 18. “Arts Express: Adventures in Dance Camp" gets campers active and engaged during the summer months. The curriculum adds visual arts and other typical camp activities to its primary focus on dance. Programs are small group sizes, where kids get close personal attention. Camps' and classes’ energy is driven by the dynamic twosome, who are also passionate about personal development and involvement in the community. Over five years of running these camps, Rhea and Rhenice have developed a name for being challenging instructors who draw out the best in dancers, while balancing that with gentle nurturing care in their instruction.
