This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Self-regulation: Sport is emotional. Learning to regulate your emotions after a loss, or failure is a life skill that sport teaches over and over again. Our life skill curriculum highlights how to self-regulate in sports and in life.
  • Resilience: Sport provides athletes an environment where trying new things and failing at them is normal and in fact, encouraged. Through our life skills curriculum, athletes learn that in order to succeed they must be willing to step outside their comfort zone and work to turn failure into success.

The Elite Camps Teen Camp is an intense and competitive basketball training program. The camp is designed for athletes who have a high level of interest in basketball and want to take their game to the next level. Our coaches are all former or current university/college or pro players, who use exciting drills to emphasize fundamentals, maximize training and challenge athletes mentally and physically.
