This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Resilience: Evergreen’s Day Camps allow campers to try new things and learn about themselves in the process. We encourage campers to take risks and embrace new experiences.
  • Curiosity: Evergreen’s Day Camps are child-led. We love and encourage when campers ask questions, investigate nature mysteries and follow their natural curiosities.

At Evergreen's Adventure Camp, campers get the chance to explore the nature in their city across the summer months. Campers will get outside to experience all that the beautiful Brick Works and Lower Don Valley has to offer! Every day, we will gather together for a morning circle before heading out for an adventure. Camp groups will venture into the quarry and beyond on foot and bike to explore new and familiar nature spots. Throughout the week, campers will play games, build forts and fires, make art, sing songs, tell stories and so much more!  

Campers will leave Adventure Camp having built a connection to nature and new friends!
