This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Curiosity: Curiosity about yourself and the world around you is key to success at this camp.
  • Independence: Nothing encourages independence like international travel!
  • Do hands-on volunteer work alongside veterinarians and get first-hand experience in a surgical setting
  • Help care for dogs and cats at a rescue facility 
  • Learn about Costa Rica's wildlife conservation efforts and get up close and personal with native species
  • Zipline, hike, visit waterfalls, and lounge on the beach

​​​​​​​Bring your leadership skills to the next level as you help some of Costa Rica's most vulnerable creatures. This experience is ideal for those looking to get hands-on veterinary experience, explore a new culture, and enjoy one of the most biodiverse areas on the planet.
