Are you looking for a way to stay healthy, fit, relaxed, and mindful during your pregnancy? Whether you have never done yoga before, or whether you are a seasoned yogini, these prenatal yoga sessions are for you.
Join in with other moms’-to-be and build your ‘sangha’ (community). Each 1-hour session will offer a guided meditation, pranayama practice (breathing), and a gentle flow of prenatal appropriate yoga asana which include warm up, stretch/balance/strength building, and cool down poses. Prepare your body for the incredibly important job of giving birth to your healthy bundle of joy!

Duration: Every Monday at 11:00 am EST for 60 minutes.
Class Requirement: Minimum of 3 participants required, otherwise class may be rescheduled.
