This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

Courage: For many campers, this will be their first time away from home. Kilcoo's supportive and caring environment allows campers to step outside their comfort zone and take on the challenges and apprehension that can come with their first experience of independence.
Curiosity: Campers are encouraged to try everything Kilcoo has to offer through our scheduled activity programming. This allows campers the opportunity to expand their horizons, try new things, and discover lifelong passions they wouldn't have otherwise been exposed to.

Designed for boys entering Grade 1 or 2 in September*, our new 7 Day/6 Night Wanderers program is the perfect way to experience the magic of camp for the very first time.

Campers will get to try to out Kilcoo's many activities on land and on the water in an age-appropriate, staff-led program. Each cabin stays together all day, eating meals and an assigned table and rotating through scheduled activity periods with a team of full time Counsellors and Leaders in Training. After dinner, campers can choose to spend some extra time at their favourite activity. Our 1-week camper cabins have a high camper-to-staff ratio, meaning that your son will be looked after at all times throughout the day and night.
