This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Self-regulation: Volleyball is actually a natural training ground for self-regulation because it’s fast, social, and emotionally activating, yet still structured and rule-based.
  • Physicality: Volleyball builds physicality by developing explosive power, agility, coordination, and full-body control. The repeated movements (serving, passing, blocking, and spiking) improve balance, timing, and overall athleticism while training the body to move efficiently under pressure.

SOLD OUT - Join Kinetika Volleyball Club’s March Break Indoor Volleyball Camp this season! Designed for athletes aged 10–16, our half-day and full-day camps combine high-energy training, skill development, and gameplay in a fun, inclusive indoor environment. Led by experienced coaches and grounded in sports science, Kinetika camps help athletes build confidence, strong fundamentals, and a love for the game. Spots are limited — get ready to train, compete, and thrive on the court this March Break!
