Kinetika Volleyball Club was founded by Dr. Elizabeth Salas, a former international indoor and beach volleyball athlete and kinesiology lecturer. Kinetika combines elite volleyball training with modern sports science to support healthy development and performance. Guided by values of integrity, equality, connection, and growth, Kinetika creates a culturally inclusive environment where every athlete has access to top level coaching and the opportunity to reach their full potential on and off the court.

Kinetika Volleyball Club offers high quality beach volleyball camps designed to help young athletes thrive in a fun, competitive, and science informed environment. Our beach volleyball camps provide half day and full day options for athletes aged 10 to 16 and welcome players of all skill levels. Camp programming focuses on strong technical fundamentals, smart gameplay, and injury aware training, helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the game.

OUR KIDS review of Kinetika Volleyball
Kinetika blends competition and a love for volleyball with thoughtful, science-based coaching. This small, professionally-driven Toronto volleyball club focuses on biomechanics as a key aspect of developing young athletes. The expertise is rooted in Elizabeth Salas’s international experience combined with PhD-level knowledge. The club’s emphasis on mechanics improves players’ control and efficiency of movement and reduces injury, but this approach is combined with supportive, passionate coaching. Training is also provided by other former international pros who love teaching, combining technical expertise with practical insight. It’s a unique club where kids work in small groups, get one-on-one attention as needed, and demonstrably improve in their approach to the game.
