
Athletes will spend their mornings working on the foundations of being an athlete, including introduction to resistance training, sprints, plyometrics and conditioning. In addition, the athletes will learn about essential elements of being a high performance athlete including being a leader, sports psychology, nutrition and teamwork. This will prepare a young athlete for a variety of sports ultizing our brand new fitness center and state of the art facilities. Athletes can tailor their afternoons to focus on their favourite activities and interests by signing up for activities like canoeing, playing sports, or doing art activities.
