Find a Camp
Our Culinary Intensive program is aimed at older campers wishing to spend all day every day focusing on their culinary skills and confidence in the kitchen. Campers will spend both their morning and afternoon periods learning about the process of food production through authentic hands-on learning experiences. They will roll up their sleeves and learn introductory knife skills, food preparation techniques, and the basics around creating and presenting new ideas for food with a focus on locally sourced food. For our Overnight Campers, Evening Programs are planned by our Counselors - offering the opportunity to unwind with activities including Campfires, BBQs, and Theme Nights.
Note that this is a different structure to our other camp programs, and does not have the option for campers choice in the afternoons. For campers looking for a mixture of Culinary and Camp, please read about our Culinary Adventures program.
