This program is designed to build the following character traits:
Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together and work towards a common artistic goal.
Hey tweens and teens! You can join Dawn Juruc of Romni Wools on Sunday mornings and learn how to knit! Get to know how to cast on and knit a variety of basic stitches. You’ll have fun sharing ideas with others in the class and have help along the way to creating your customized accessories. Enjoy this fun and practical class! All materials are included but students are permitted to purchase their own yarn according to their taste if they prefer.
