This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: As an arts organization, NPCC provides a space where creative curiosity is encouraged and participants get to experience the benefits of trying new ideas and techniques in the artwork they create.
  • Interpersonal skills: Through shared creative experiences, students learn to express their ideas, listen to others, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborative projects promote teamwork, encouraging students to work together and have fun!

While learning fundamental art skills, young creatives explore a wide variety of materials and techniques in painting, drawing, sculpture and crafting. Fun projects, large and small, will spark imagination and inventiveness as students draw inspiration from nature, Spring time and the radiant and pulsating world around us. Expect lots of smiles as bumble bees, watercolour flower petals, multi media wildlife creations and sun catchers come home to grace your table tops and windows. All materials are included.
