Being patient through challenges supports mental health!

We live in a world of immediacy where we encounter many situations testing our patience. Whether you are working with your colleagues, have been waiting in a long line at the grocery store, or dealing with a customer’s complaint that’s pushing you to the edge, impatience is a natural reaction to have when things are difficult to deal with.
Having patience means being able to wait calmly during situations of frustration and adversity.
You may want to be impressive but in terms of keeping a good mental health, less is more. It has been proved that patient people feel more connection to humankind and the universe, having a greater sense of gratitude. Patient people tend to experience less depression and negative emotions. Patience is a soft skill that you can practice on an everyday basis – and doing so might bring benefits to your mental health.

Instead of putting so much on your plate to impress, be patient and remember the right thing will come on their own. While under a lot of stress it might be hard to apply but use a day to be proud of your accomplishments without the need to rush. This will break up the cycle of impatience by helping you to take care of one of the greatest people you know, yourself!

At IDare2Bee, we believe that practicing patience in everyday solutions will not only make our life pleasant but also pave the way for a bright and successful future. We are creating a future that is peaceful for all people, respectful towards all beings and a world where kindness is something as common as the air we breathe.
Our founders @audrey.hlembizky and @alanna.carr__ are excited to share the campaign with you. Our programs at IDareU2Bee focus on developing skills to boost your kindness, so together we can build humankind.
