I know this probably just looks like a picture of me sitting outside on a rock. However, this picture is so much more than that.
I’m sitting in front of my new facility. I did it. After 3 years of hard work and commitment to my goals, I am so excited to announce that I will be opening up my own training facility. I am so grateful for my real estate agent, my family, my boyfriend, and my friends who have (and continue to) supported me through this process. ♥️
As of April 2020, Empower Futbol School and Empower Athletics &Co. will have a place to call “home”. A place for athletes to train, learn, and achieve their athletic goals.
Over the next handful of months, you will likely see many updates on what’s to come - I have many plans for my new 5,000+ square foot space.
I am also looking forward to becoming neighbours with The Burlington Pond and CrossFit Connection
