    COVID-19 Response

Scouts Canada continues to follow the direction of government and health agencies in maintaining public health, and has safely continued throughout the pandemic through a mix of virtual, outdoor and indoor activities.

To ensure the health and safety of the Scouting community, we quickly adapted to implement a successful five-stage Return to Scouting Plan that scales activity levels in accordance with the direction of governments and health agencies. The plan provides our members and their families with clear, easy to follow guidelines on group sizes; when to meet virtually, outdoors or indoors; and steps to follow for safe in-person adventures.

For more information and to determine the current stage for a local Scout Group, visit Scouts.ca/covid19.

We sure do love our Scouting family and all that they do. Scouting has provided my kids with so any wonderful opportunities. As a youth-led movement they have learned to lead others with respect. They have learned to try, and that failing is not a bad thing but rather a way of learning. They now can take that knowledge and apply it to school, other activities and parts or their lives. ...
